Dividend Policy
Ateam believes that it is important to solidify the financial base and upgrade its business portfolio through upfront investments in new business creation in pursuit of sustained growth. At the same time, we consider the return of earnings to shareholders to be an important issue and set a dividend policy of providing continuous and stable shareholder returns.
Distribution of year-end dividend planned for early October.
Actual dividends per share may differ substantially from these forecasts subject to various factors.
Shareholder Benefit Program
Ateam plans to balance aggressive M&A investment with shareholder returns.We have introduced a shareholder benefit program to thank our shareholders for their ongoing support and to increase the attractiveness of investing in Ateam's shares, thereby encouraging more shareholders to hold our shares.
1.Eligible Shareholders
Shareholders holding five units (500 shares) or more of Ateam’s stock who are listed or recorded in the shareholders' register as of the last day of January and July of each year are eligible.

QUO Card will be presented to eligible shareholders as follows.

3.Shareholder Benefit Commencement Date
We will launch a shareholder benefit program for shareholders who hold five units (500 shares) or more of Ateam's stock, as recorded in the shareholders’ register as of the end of January 2025.
