On December 7, 2022, certain media reported that former employees of another company, who had learned information about a game title that had been co-developed by Ateam and the company in question, were arrested on suspicion of violating the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law for insider trading of Ateam’s shares. There is currently no evidence that Ateam or any employees of its group companies are involved in this matter.
